|You could be here!|
Every Monday, we blog about a method related to printmaking or bookbinding. Despite the wealth of information (and wit) in each post, the only way to truly learn most of the complicated techniques is to take a class from an expert to see the technique in person and practice your skills, with all of the materials you need and expert eye to watch over you. So, this week, I give you the upcoming classes that I am most excited about:

If you are interested in bookbinding and haven’t had much or any exposure to the craft, by far the best place to start is, unsurprisingly, with Bookbinding I. This winter, the Center is offering a variety of options for this course, which is a prerequisite for many of the more advanced bookbinding classes. Interested students can take it on Tuesday evenings from January 29th to March 18th, Thursday evenings from February 7th to March 28th, or, over two weekends, on January 26thand 27th and February 2nd to 3rd.
So, if you find yourself inspired by the idea of truly learning new methods, visit our website for the complete class schedule and to sign up for one of the classes listed above or any that are being offered this winter. See you there!
