The Center for Book Arts is now offering online courses on various subjects and levels of difficulty as an effort to making the Book Arts accessible to an even wider audience.
Classes will be led by lecturers and practitioners, and will instruct the foundational methods and structures in the Bookbinding and Letterpress curriculum, but will also offer other expansive elective classes to encourage experimentation and creativity.
As we pilot the Online Classes, we are offering most of these classes with a suggested donation. We suggest that the student pays what they can, as the donations will be used to pay the instructor and to cover the class expenses.

Online Classes Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration at least two weeks (or 10 business days) before the first class meeting we will refund your tuition balance, or we will credit you the full value of the class toward a future class at the Center. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the first class meeting or drop out of a class in progress, the full tuition paid will no longer be refundable and instead will be considered a donation to the Center.
Since these workshops are donation-based, your donation will not be eligible for refund regardless of the time at which you must cancel your registration. If the instructor allows recording of their class, you will still receive a copy of the recording even if you are unable to attend the workshop.
