The Center for Book Arts welcomes groups of students and visitors to our space.
We can arrange a 45-90 minute long guided tour for your group tailored to your interests, with advanced notice. Students can come to the Center and learn more about the traditional methods of bookbinding and the history of the printed word. Our staff can pull works from our collection of artist books and related work for consultation and exploration.
Professors can bring their students to the Center to help them brainstorm ideas for bookmaking projects of their own. Our regular exhibition schedule offers students of contemporary art the ability to experience the diversity of artist books first-hand.
Guided tours are available during our regular hours of operation and last from 45 minutes to 90 minutes. We request advanced notice of two weeks to reserve a tour. Please contact us for more information.
