Erica Reed Lee
Erica Reed Lee makes paintings, artist books, and three-dimensional work about the technological present and navigating split realities. Lee’s work tracks the digital world’s growing presence and influence on the individual and our sense of place.
Lee has exhibited at venues across the United States including Lawndale Art Center, Houston, TX; Woman Made Gallery, Chicago, IL; LBIF, Long Beach, NJ; Foundry Art Centre, St. Charles, MO; and Big Medium, Austin, TX. In 2021, she received the Let Creativity Happen Grant from the City of Houston through the Houston Arts Alliance for her project From the Cave. Most recently, she has received the Kimbrough Artist Award from the Dallas Museum of Art.
