Eli Backer: Having recently graduated from RISD with an MFA in Glass, on top of her BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, she wraps these perspectives into supporting her communities of people and machines. She DJs as often as she can, sleepily building for her future, fixing Riso drums, celebrating the plants that survived thesis, researching, and leaving many breadcrumbs for her future biographers.
Chia-Lun Chang is the author of One Day We Become Whites (ND/SA, 2016), recent work appears in Los Angeles Review of Books, Bettering American Poetry Volume 2, PEN America, Hyperallergic, Literary Hub, and Vinyl. A Jerome Hill Artist fellow, she has received support from Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Tofte Lake Center, Cave Canem workshop and Poets House. Born and raised in New Taipei City, Taiwan, she lives in New York City where she is a chapbook editor at No, Dear Magazine.
Niyati: a poet/writer based in New York City. She earned her MFA from Sarah Lawrence College, and she writes short, riddled, homeless little things. Her chapbook Woman as Threat is out from Raptor Press (December 2018), and ojalá (Papalota Negra, July 2018) was published abroad in collaboration with illustrator Alejandra Marroquín, translated by Patricia Trigueros.
Olga Rukovets: a freelance writer and editor living in New York City, where she was the 2018-2019 Joseph F. McCrindle Foundation Online Editorial Fellow at Poets & Writers Magazine. She received an MFA in poetry from the University of Florida. Her writing has appeared in Potomac Review, Passages North, Parcel, Jelly Bucket, 5X5, Mixed Fruit, Breakwater Review, and elsewhere.
Diane Schenker: Author of the chapbook, “Relation/Couch/Dreaming,” Diane Schenker’s poetry has appeared in “The Gettysburg Review,” “Subtropics,” “The Squaw Valley Review,” “Gargoyle,” “SalonZine” and “VIA.” She has written reviews for “coldfrontmag.com” and “The Boxcar Poetry Review.” As a performance artist, Diane was co-creator of the performance piece “Jane Smith Jane Smith” (directed by Rinde Eckert) and wrote and staged “Nannerl: A Speculative Morality.” She has also worked and taught in theater and opera.
