About the Workshop:

What happens when you combine tacos and book arts? Find out in this fun in-person workshop for all experience levels led by Instructor Sherry Muyuan He in our on-site bindery studio at CBA (28 W 27 St, 3rd Fl). Specifically, Muyuan He will guide participants through the process of creating their own taco-themed pop-up cards using the pull-tab technique.

Required Materials:

  • All materials will be provided by CBA at no additional cost to workshop participants.

About the Instructor

Sherry Muyuan He is a designer, researcher, and professor at the City College of New York. She holds an MFA in Visual Studies from Minneapolis College of Art and Design. She once installed a restaurant at SooVAC, where people could make books that resembled different breakfast food.
