About the Workshop:

In this virtual workshop for all experiences led by Instructor Barbara Slate, participants will learn best practices for creating graphic novels and make their own six-pager! You do NOT need to know how to draw to participate.

Slate encourages her workshop participants to find inspiration for their graphic novels in whatever they find most interesting—whether it be their own life, fantasy, or something else. Participants are also welcome to build off existing projects.

Over the course of the workshop, Slate will guide participants through developing characters, structuring plotlines, and designing layout.

Class size is limited to ensure an optimal student-to-teacher ratio. Register now before spots fill up!
