Bio

Isobel Chiang is a graphic designer specializing in book design and print production. Rooted in conceptual thinking and a thoughtful engagement with content, her books carefully consider typography, paper, binding structure, cover materials, printing methods, and reader interactions. She is currently designing for Small Editions, an artist book studio in Brooklyn, NY, where she collaborates closely with artists, editors, book binders, and printers. With a thorough knowledge of production methods and print solutions, her practice aims to celebrate and experiment with the form of the book.
