Maria Damon

Maria Damon is Professor and Chair of Humanities and Media Studies at the Pratt Institute of Art. She has published two books of poetry scholarship (The Dark End of the Street: Margins in American Vanguard Poetry and Post-Literary “America”: From Bagel Shop Jazz to Micropoetries); several works of co-authored poetry, including (with mIEKAL aND) Literature Nation, Eros/ion, pleasureTEXTpossession, and (with Jukka-Pekka Kervinen) Door Marked X; and a critical anthology (co-edited with Ira Livingston), Poetry and Cultural Studies: A Reader.
