About This Workshop:
This in-person bookbinding workshop is taught by Maria Veronica San Martin.
Come learn 5 bookbinding techniques in one class! During this five-hour intensive at the Center for Book Arts, students will learn several bookbinding techniques and execute them throughout the length of the workshop. We will start with simpler structures and then build our skills to expand to more sculptural book forms. Learn how to construct two kinds of pamphlets, two one-page books, and a double accordion book with a designed hardcover wrapped with book cloth.
This is an ideal workshop for any artist looking to add some new approaches to their practice or to a specific project.
